MRS. HANNAH SPENCER

Hannah Spencer

Hannah Spencer has been honored as Teacher of the Year at Lee County High School, recognizing her dedication and impact over 11 years of teaching English to students in grades 7 through 11. She currently teaches 10th and 11th grade literature, inspiring students to become readers, writers, thinkers, and communicators beyond the classroom. Her passions include building meaningful relationships with her students and fostering a positive school culture for her students and colleagues. Mrs. Spencer is also a member of the 2025-2026 Aspiring Leaders Cohort, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and educational leadership. This year, she serves as the GaMTSS Lead Teacher, where she will be acting as the intervention specialist for academic and behavioral support systems at LCHS. Outside the classroom, Hannah coached in the Lady Trojan softball program for 11 years and the basketball program for 4 years. She also currently coaches a national fastpitch travel softball team, continuing to inspire student-athletes both on and off the field.
